A straightforward explanation of what you can and cannot do with products purchased from Built Faceless.
Standard Resell Rights
Unless a product specifically states otherwise, this is the licence included with your purchase.
You can
- Edit and customise the product.
- Add your own branding, logo, colours, fonts and content.
- Sell unlimited finished copies to your own customers.
- Choose your own selling price.
- Keep 100% of the revenue from your own sales.
- Sell through your own website or other permitted selling platforms.
You can't
- Sell, transfer or give away the Built Faceless licence itself.
- Give your customers resale rights unless the product includes MRR permission.
- Sell a standard product as an MRR product.
- Claim the Built Faceless brand, name or branding as your own.
- Ignore any additional restrictions shown on the product's permission sheet.
You can take a Built Faceless product, make it your own and sell the finished product to your customers. Your customer receives the product — not your Built Faceless resale licence.
Check the permission sheet.
Some products may have specific rules around editable files, source files or distribution. Where this applies, the Product Permission Sheet supplied with that product will clearly state the additional permissions or restrictions.
MRR is different.
Products sold with Master Resell Rights allow additional resale permissions beyond the standard licence. The exact rights included with an MRR product will be stated on that product's Product Permission Sheet.
You're buying permission to use it.
Purchasing a Built Faceless product gives you the licence rights described above. It does not transfer ownership of the original Built Faceless intellectual property, brand or licence system.
